Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) can assist Maranatha Christian University in achieving organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner. The SOP is a component of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). The SPMI document consists of the SPMI Policy, PPEPP Manual, SPMI Standards, SOPs, and SPMI Forms. SOPs are carried out and monitored consistently with discipline and seriousness at Maranatha Christian University for the successful implementation of the SOPs that have been made.
