ABOUT SPM

Maranatha Christian University (UKM) has had the awareness to create a quality system since 1999. Through this awareness, in 2002 a Team was formed Quality Assurance with the Rector's Decree No. 030/SK/UKM/IX/2003. Then in 2005, the position of this team was formalized in the organizational structure of SMEs through the Rector's Decree No.069/SK/UKM/X/2005. Finally, on June 2, 2008 the team's name was changed to the Planning, Monitoring and Quality Assurance Agency (BPPJM).
