Mission
- Empowering all work units to develop and implement a quality management system that focuses on continuous quality improvement;
- Developing and implementing internal and external monitoring and audit systems;
- Implementing the cycle of Determination, Implementation, Implementation Evaluation, Implementation Control and Improvement (PPEPP) of internal quality assurance standards (SPMI) at Maranatha Christian University.
Objectives
- Supporting the entire cycle of the institution's quality assurance system;
- Providing assistance in the implementation of effective and efficient academic and non-academic activities;
- Ensuring that all institutional activities run smoothly and continue to improve on an ongoing basis.
